Conservation Commission continues Silver Street wetlands hearing, extends bridge permit

Monson Conservation Commission approves bridge permit extension and resolves wetlands violation. The Commission voted unanimously to extend the State Hospital Road Bridge replacement permit for three years, with applicant Jeffrey Daley of Westmass Area Development now facing expiration in April 2029. In a second unanimous vote, the Commission issued a complete Certificate of Compliance for 1 Heritage Lane, where applicant James Fiore corrected prior violations by removing an unauthorized discharge pipe and consolidating lots under Planning Board approval.
A Notice of Intent hearing for driveway construction at Silver Street, filed by Robert Ward of On the Mark LLC within a wetland buffer zone, was continued to April 1 pending a state Determination letter on prior unpermitted clearing.
