Conservation Commission issues Order of Conditions for Lower Hampden Road project.

MONSON — Conservation Commission closes hearing on Lower Hampden Road single-family home. Acting Chairperson Marty Gilmore and four members voted 4-0 to issue an Order of Conditions for Anthony Patalano's proposed home, well, septic system, and driveway at 164 Lower Hampden Road (Assessor's Map 077-001 and 077-003A, DEP File 228-461) within the buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetative Wetland and intermittent stream. Conservation Agent Toni Uliana confirmed the project has completed Right of First Refusal review through the Planning Board, Board of Assessors, and Select Board.

An informal discussion with the Old Stagecoach Lake Association, to include incoming President Sharlene DeSteph, was deferred to the February 18 meeting.
