MONSON — Finance Committee approves $8,000 in water and sewer enterprise fund transfers. Chair Peter Fimognari oversaw unanimous approval of a $4,000 sewer reserve transfer and a $4,000 water reserve transfer, both for computer maintenance and supplies in accounts running negative balances. Town Administrator Jennifer W. reported the Fire Department received a one million dollar grant for the fire station building, reducing town borrowing, with completion expected in May.
The committee agreed to move regular meetings to 6:30 p.m. and will hear a school department budget presentation the following week.
