Monson School Committee unanimously adopts early-kindergarten enrollment policy with September 30 cutoff. Chair Alison Morgan led the Committee in approving a structured request form allowing families to apply for kindergarten entry for children turning five by September 30, with Committee approval required based on screening results and submitted information.
